Hello…I was just driving down the canyon on Highway-80 through the most beautiful scenery in the world! Snow covered mountain tops, amazing streams (which happen to hold some of the best trout), thermometer in the car read 63 degrees, and I thought what a nice time for a Barbeque. We are actually hosting an amazing Barbeque on Fathers Day for a good friend of mine (Who is a Dad himself) and we are so looking forward to it. Come to think of it, perhaps I shall run to Smith’s, grab a fat 16 oz. T-Bone and fire up the grill. Grilling is so fun and simple. I have to be honest, I am not the biggest fan of cleaning up after I eat some tantelizing tid bits of a Barbeque that is for sure. When I am working, as a Professional Chef, I do not mind doing any cleann-up. As a matter of fact here at The Laughing Pear Group we all clean up, do dishes, floors, take out garbage, etc. Anyway, I am getting off the subject here of the Barbreque, plus the dogs need a walking. I think today our culinary word of the day will be needs to be related to my feelings today. You know what, every sunny and warm day, in my book anyway, is an awesome time to fire up that grill, and simply put – RELAX!!!
Believe it or not Texas and South Carolina boast some of the best Barbeques in the Undited States. As well, there is a “Classical” style of Barbeque sauce. I still follow it to this day. Tomatoes, onion, garlic, brown sugar, mustard, malt vinegar and I also like to add wine and or beer. Enjoy your grilling and have fun!

Excellent read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch since I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch! “Never let inexperience get in the way of ambition.” by Terry Josephson.
