Yes Chef Dave was out for a little bit of, shall we say back recovery, from my fusion a year ago.  I long to think about certain aspects in my area of the culinary arts and the physical area of which I live.  I cannot buy any new chef wear in the immediate area. Yes there are one or two places here or there, but with so many restaurants, why not more chef  clothing stores and for that matter a place where you can get some really hip products.

This I will ponder now and think to myself what I can do to help my community.  Ideas, I love them.
