Greetings!  Man I love food.  Food brings smiles to all for sure, especially when it is awesome.  We serve Prime Tenderloin all the time.  But if you know me, I never just do anything the easy way.  I always serve my tenderloin with two items on top no matter what.

Spinach Puree and Carrot Puree.  Colors are amazing and the two are so easy to do.  I also add on a little port reduction.
