~ Park City Catering Comparison~

As the Chef/Owner of The Laughing Pear Group I wanted our guests to understand and observe that our services and pricing is extremely comparable to the finest restaurants in the Park City that area that are rated Four Star or Four Diamond or are trying to achieve that status.  Some of the nicest restaurants in Park City as we know are not the cheapest in the country. 

I have done extensive research on this comparison because I did not want to just take only the highest priced restaurants, but an average of six of the nicest restaurants and even most reasonably priced fine dining restaurants.  For obvious reasons I cannot list the restaurants I used to average out these prices, but I am sure you know of at least one or two of them.  Plus, and please keep in mind, “We bring the restaurant to you.”  In other words we bring all our own china, stem ware, flat ware, linen, equipment and tools for cooking. 

We also do all set up, clean up, and all preparation of ORGANIC food products.  We offer an all French table set up, which includes a Charger and Show Plates for example.  Moreover, with The Laughing Pear Group, if you want a second serving of anything on your menu we have it for you, i.e. another cut of tenderloin, another breast of duck, etc. This does not happen in many fine dining establishments. 

All our cooking is done on site as well, as this guarantee the freshest of flavors, textures and appearances.  We, as well, use organic ingredients, local ingredients, and the finest ingredients whenever and where ever possible.
